I grew up here. I know the area. I've seen how our real estate market, and our economy as a whole, have evolved and grown. Many areas have changed so much in the last couple decades that if you travelled back in time you'd never recognize them. Niagara's population also grew and infrastructure is being updated to reflect that. In real estate, this means more demand, and a need for more supply at the same time. I follow all of these trends because, in real estate, markets matter.

My background in retail sales and banking, combined with courses in marketing and accounting, have prepared me to extract value and assess risk in any deal. 

I'm a big believer in buying Canadian and supporting independent businesses rather than big multinational conglomerates. I've always said that if more people did this then we'd have a healthier economy that's more resistant to international pressures. 

I enjoy playing the mastermind. I got into real estate to analyze data and form strategies around it. 

I've been a photographer and graphic designer for years. I use these skills to show off a client's property in the best way possible according to our marketing strategy.
